Vlogging: what a trip.

I had mentioned on my Facebook page that I wanted to challenge myself to be creative in various ways for a whole month. I was set on it, I told myself that I wanted to journal, write poetry, blog and vlog for those 30ish or so days.
Did that happen? Sadly no. I didn't write everyday like I so wanted to. But I did manage to vlog. Then came the technical issues. My laptops couldn't keep up with the editing software and I was getting increasingly frustrated, because I wanted to post everyday. Since said issues were happening I decided to go with weekly vlogs. That was a whole other animal.
I thought ' well shoot. I guess I better bring out my tower and see if it'll work for me.' (It has a fan problem).
I plugged everything in and hoped for the best but didn't plan for the worst. It started and worked for only so long. I cleaned the fan and did as much as I could, only to find that I need to buy a new fan. I was like "whelp, let's try the other tower."
It works, it just wasn't up to date. I ended up completely updating all the needed things. Which felt like a lifetime. Then I had to download all the software for editing.
So, after 3 laptops and 2 desktops I was finally able to edit my my videos into vlogs and upload it to YouTube.
Man, was I ever grateful to have a working tower and able to upload my 1st vlog in a very long time.
If you haven't checked it my video, here is the link:
Mind you my editing skills are not all that great. But hey I am just glad that I got the video up and running.
With that said Stay safe, keep warm and stay creative.
