Just to let you know, it seems that every time I wake up around 3-4 am and go back to sleep, I end up having dreams, and like any time you're having a good dream, someone or something wakes you up.
This is what I remember from my dream.
I was in a fancy venue with a group in a dancing/singing competition, it was 3 other girls and I in this group. The part of the competition that was going on was where the judges evaluate us individually on our style and all that jazz. I saw how hard my group was working on their routines, so I felt that I wanted to do the same, so I asked one of my friends to help me with the routine. I wanted my part to be as showy as theirs, jumps, flips and glitz. My song was a semi slow one about a couple and trust. I remember in the dream that I was working hard. I was working up a sweat, and every minute I had I worked on my routine to make it perfect. When I was done I went back to the competition and watched the show, my peers were going one after another and I watched them as I listened to my own music.
In that dream I fell asleep and felt someone shaking me. I woke up in the dream and sat up. I was all shaken up and my heart was racing, I was on in a few minutes and I signaled my friend to come with. We went to a separate room and I practiced my routine, but I felt something didn't feel right. I kept messing up on my routine and my friend looked worried because she was part of my routine.
I stopped and look at her. She came over, I told her that I felt all this wasn't needed. That I wanted it to be simple and my name was called. I did it. I kept it simple while my friend played the GF and the guy did his thing.
Then the dream changed....
But this dream stayed in my mind. Maybe I should just keep things simple and do me. lol. A lesson learned.
