Today felt Productive

I felt like I got a lot of things done. Even though I was scheduled to work but my boss text me and said it was too slow at the InnSuites to work today. So what did get done today?

Well I know that this site is going somewhere eventually, and we were able to get all of Loma's(my boyfriend) artwork down from the coffee place. We went to an open mic show and watched/listened to people sing band covers aaand we got our laundry done.

The next thing that is on my mind is the Poetry Slam at the local Coffee Café, FireCreek. But the fee is $2, which isn't much. Maybe I can scrounge up the money to enter, and If I do it will be my first public reading of my competition. Woooo! Yeah. Feeling those butterflies.

Another thing that's been on my mind is the writing contest for the local community college's magazine: OnCourse and Curios. I know one is just for the college and the other is for the Public. But I'm thinking I should enter. Hmmmmm......

Yup it felt productive because the laundry got done. And that's all that matters. lol.
